Terms of Service

Jukebox lets venues turn their own YouTube playlists into a queue that guests can request songs from. By using the service you accept these terms.

Sign-in is with a Google Account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. As a venue owner you are responsible for the content of the playlists you open and for the legal consequences of playing them at your venue.

The service plays videos through YouTube's own player and is subject to YouTube's terms. Obtaining the public-performance and copyright licences needed to play music at your venue (for example MESAM, MSG in Türkiye) is the venue owner's responsibility.

Guests can only request songs from the playlists the venue has opened. The venue may set rules such as a waiting time, how many songs can be requested at once and a maximum track length, and may remove or skip requests.

Coins are used to move a song up the queue. Requesting a song is free either way; coins only affect the order. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable; they are valid only within the service they were bought in. Unspent coins may become void if the venue stops using the service.

Venue subscriptions run for the term of the chosen plan and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Payments are taken through iyzico.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions caused by YouTube or other providers, by changes you make to your playlists, or by internet connectivity problems.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time by writing to destek@jukebox.net.tr.
